Es gibt viele Dinge, Gerüche und viele Farben zu erkunden auf den Strassenmärkten von London.

Egal wonach man sucht, man wird immer wieder verleitet noch ein kleines exotisches Extra zu kaufen. 

There are many things to see and different colors and smells to explore at the street markets in London.

No matter what you are looking for, you're definitively going to buy something exotic too.

Zu zweit ist gute Laune garantiert.

"In London ist alles immer so teuer."

Diesen Satz hört man oft, wenn man über London diskutiert.

Komplett widerlegen kann ich diese Aussage nicht, jedoch kann man schlau einkaufen. Alle haltbaren Lebensmittel, wie Pasta, Reis oder Konservendosen, kann man günstig in Supermärkten holen, die Frischwaren jedoch am besten vom Markt auf der Strasse.

"Ough, London is too expensive at all."

This is a common saying if you are talking about London.

But there are some (money saving) tips where to go for grocery shopping. 

Pasta, rice or canned foods are best to be bought in the supermarkets.

But the street market is perfect for strolling and to buy fresh veggies, fish and fruits for a good price.

Auf jeden Fall lohnt es sich entweder zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad und einem Korb am Markt zu sein, um spontan einen Ortswechsel vornehmen zu können und damit man das Schlendern von Stand zu Stand gemütlich geniessen kann. Natürlich auch zu zweit.

In my opinion, going to the market by bicycle or foot is the best way to enjoy the shopping. You don't have to hurry and you're perfectly flexible as to time and place.

For sure the whole experience is more fun if you are in company.
